What People Are Saying

I loved that scarf so much. I was obsessed with which colors blended into which as it's truly something I have never seen before.

It is also so cool being at a festival and seeing someone else with Datagrama on.

I love your conduct, demeanor, brand, and swagger. You give so much, and you deserve a bountiful return. Seriously, someone should do y'all a solid and review your socks. I know I'd read.

Grabbed one of the bamboo scarves. Wore it all weekend, love it!

Grabbed one of the bamboo scarves. Wore it all weekend, love it!

It all started when he went to a Tipper and friends festival at Suwannee in April of this year. I was supposed to go with him but he invited a few guys along for the very long drive from New Orleans (where we are based) to the fest and I decided I would sit this one out as it felt like more of a boys trip. This was a decision that I felt completely happy with until he returned... Upon his arrival back home he proceeded to show me some of the things he picked up at the festival. I was very happy to hear his stories and see his cool new finds until he pulls out this scarf... it is one of the most magnificent things I had ever seen in my life. The seamless and mesmerizing coral-like pattern with an array of colors so unique it made my brain light up like a freaking laser beam (insert dr. evil voice). Immediately I was COVETING THY HOMIES GOODS if you know what I mean. I tried to hide my frustration and jealousy over this scarf/bandana he acquired and act like the coolest chillest girlfriend ever but my efforts were powerless against this scarf. Like Gollum to the ring I was obsessed. It was on my mind constantly but in my defense he was wearing this beautiful thing around the house everyday and after about a week I had to finally tell my truth. That if I didn't go to the festival because it became a boys trip, the least he could do is not flaunt the most beautiful piece of fabric I have maybe ever seen, that he got there, in my face everyday.

Was I being dramatic, yes. Was it petty, yes. Not my proudest moment. But damn I loved that scarf so much. I was obsessed with which colors blended into which as it's truly something I have never seen before. So I told him as kindly as I could that I was a little bummed out that he didn't snag one for me too while he was there.

Apparently he felt pretty bad about it and saw how much I loved yalls designs, so he then goes on a hunt and was on yalls site constantly and finds me arguably two of my favorite presents I have ever received in my life. He got me the light beige / tan two toned towel and the large bamboo multicolor scarf (I know wasn't bamboo which is totally fine but also yall sent out the sweetest email ever and Im obsessed with how much yall care!) And I cannot express enough how much I use / wear these in my everyday life and at festivals. When I say the towel has become a necessity that I take almost everywhere with me I am not exaggerating. I wear the scarf on a regular basis and constantly get compliments on both. I have worn the towel to the beach and I take it with me as a blanket on planes. I frequently sleep with it on my face at night.. sorry if that's TMI. They are truly two of my most favorite things ever that have such a silly story behind them that has led to such joy and are made by artists who have captivated our hearts.

We are really big on getting presents for each other from artists that we love and want to support and Datagrama is exactly that. He has been to a few Tipper and Friends and every time he sees one of your visual sets he is totally blown away and calls me and is so excited to tell me all about it. It is so sweet.

It is also so cool being at a festival and seeing someone else with Datagrama on. Because datagrama has such a distinct pattern and look you immediately spot it in the crowd and then share with the person the mutual love for what yall do, visually and clothing wise.
